Pilates trains the body as a whole focusing on core, lower body, and upper body strength. Pilates workouts promote strength, flexibility and an increased range of motion. It is a great workout for all ages and skill levels.
All levels of students are welcome, from beginner to advanced. Props may be used to further enhance your workout. One-on-one training or small group classes are available. In studio classes are limited to 4 participants.
About the Instructor:
Jennifer is certified in Classical Power Pilates Mat. She believes that through fitness one can positively change one's life and daily outlook. Jennifer has personally experienced many positive changes to body, mind and spirit after embarking on her fitness journey, When not in the studio Jennifer enjoys spending time by the ocean, walking on the beach, reading and taking yoga, Hiit and strength training classes.
